Founder-Led
SparkShift started with a working electrician trying to keep hours, forms, and jobsite details from slipping through the cracks. The public guides still carry that same trade-first voice.
Jobsite Reliability
Weak basements, dead zones, and half-finished service installs are normal. SparkShift is designed to keep key calculators, logs, and saved references available where supported, then sync when service comes back.
Founding Social Layer
The forum is still in founding mode, which means early posts can set the tone. Start with concrete field questions, local apprenticeship experience, jobsite stories, and tool-kit recommendations that another electrician can actually use.
Worker Data Boundary
SparkShift is worker-first. Contractors, training programs, union halls, schools, associations, and other organizations do not receive raw worker data merely because a worker appears on a jobsite, selects a program, joins a channel, or is listed in a directory. Organization access is limited to relationship-scoped records, role permissions, worker privacy settings, explicit consent where required, and the feature being used. SparkShift does not sell raw worker, union, location, message, voice, or jobsite records, and it is not designed for hidden individual employment scoring.
