From the Field to Your Phone
SparkShift wasn't built in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was built in lunch boxes, on job sites, and in the back of work trucks by someone who actually understood the struggle of tracking hours, logging tasks, and proving progress to the apprenticeship committee.
After years of watching apprentices lose their logbooks and foremen drowning in paperwork, I knew there had to be a better way. Not some generic time-tracking app, but a tool built specifically for the electrical trade.
Today, SparkShift serves thousands of electricians across the country—from first-year apprentices to superintendents running multi-million dollar jobs. Every update, every feature, every calculator is still shaped by the same principle: if it doesn't help in the field, it doesn't ship.
