Refund Policy
SparkShift billing can run through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another provider identified at checkout. The refund path depends on where you purchased.
1. App Store and Google Play purchases
In-app subscriptions and purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded under the policies and tooling of that storefront. SparkShift cannot directly issue or force those refunds.
- Apple App Store: Request the refund through Apple using your Apple ID purchase history and Apple’s refund flow.
- Google Play: Request the refund through Google Play using the subscription or order record tied to your Google account.
2. Web-billed purchases
If your SparkShift purchase was billed directly on the web, refund eligibility depends on the checkout terms shown before purchase, the service already delivered, and applicable law.
- Contact admin@sparkshift.app and include your purchase email, date, and the product or subscription involved.
- We review web-billed refund requests individually against the terms shown during checkout.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
3. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling prevents future renewals. Unless the storefront terms or applicable law say otherwise, cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for time that has already been billed.
Need the exact cancellation path?
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SparkShift
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SparkShift
- Web-billed: Use the billing portal or subscription settings available inside your SparkShift account.
4. Questions
If you are unsure whether your purchase was billed by a storefront or directly on the web, contact admin@sparkshift.app before opening multiple refund requests.
