• Time clock entries (clock-in/out times and locations)
• Jobsite assignments and addresses
• Task descriptions, status, and completion details
• Hours logged per task and per day
• Apprenticeship progress data (for apprentices)

• Safety certifications and training completion

Pre-Task Plan (PTP) Data

• PTP title, description, and safety requirements
• Required certifications and qualifications

• GPS location coordinates at PTP creation and completion
• Digital signature data (timestamp, GPS verification)
• Crew member acknowledgments and sign-offs

Communication Data

• Messages sent through team chat

Payment & Subscription Data

• Subscription tier selected (Free, Journeyman, Foreman)

• Payment method type (Apple Pay, Google Play, RevenueCat)

We do NOT store: Credit card numbers, bank account details, or full payment data. These are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat payment processors.

AI Task Assistant Data

• Photos uploaded for AI analysis
• Task description prompts and requests
• Generated task outputs and descriptions
• User feedback on generated content

Location Data

• GPS coordinates for clock-in/out at jobsites
• Geofence entry/exit events
• Jobsite proximity and radius verification

Device Information

• Device model and type (iPhone, iPad, Android)

• App version and build number

• Push notification tokens

Usage Analytics

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but continuously work to protect your data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Aggregated/anonymized analytics may be retained
• Legal hold data retained as required by law
• Backups purged within 90 days
