No. A foreman can create a crew and confirm the hours crew members submit in the free app. Assigning work across a company's crews, crew permissions, and project-file links are part of a paid contractor workspace that the contractor sets up; there is no separate Foreman Pro subscription.

Checkout shows the trial length and the price that will be charged after it, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Exam prep plans have no free trial. Plan changes can be managed from the applicable in-app or billing settings when available. Upgrade timing, downgrade timing, proration, renewals, and any cancellation terms are shown in the purchase flow or billing portal that applies to your subscription.
Starter officially exports Daily Field Truth PDF or audit ZIP, Payroll / time CSV, Jobsite analytics CSV and allows Up to 10 new exports per day. Those retained outputs include PDF or ZIP artifacts plus evidence references and checksum manifests. Other packet types may appear as samples or future buildout lanes, but they should not be treated as live Starter exports.
Customers can schedule cancellation through billing. During the paid term the account keeps normal access. After the subscription ends, SparkShift blocks new paid writes, new seats, new jobsites, uploads, and new exports, but retains read-only access and locked export re-downloads while the organization account still exists.
Customers keep ownership of uploaded User Content. SparkShift operates the service under the Terms and Privacy Policy and may retain legal, billing, security, consent, and audit records where required.
